Keep bringing your body up to your legs and be sure that you do not drop your feet even while you are tired. You should do three sets to four sets of 16 reps. Other popular and higly effective ab exercises is V crunch. For this ab exercise you should left your legs vertically in the air and keep your hands stretched behind your head. Then you should bring your hands up and attempt to touch your toes.
